It's the 5th Annual Triathlon and Youth Triathlon. Both events will be USAT Sanctioned. Come out and test your fitness with the first triathlon of the year.
PACKET PICK-UP: Thursday March 18th from 12noon - 6:00pm at BOCA HAWAII 330 Cooke St (591-9839)
And Friday, March 19th from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at WATERFRONT AT PU'ULOA, formerly the Iroquois Point Island Club (At the finish line on the beach)
FEES: 5K Run/Walk
Regular:  by 1/20 = $20;  by 3/15 = $25;  late entry  = $30
Waterfront Resident/Military:  by 1/20 = $20;  by 3/15 = $20;  late entry = $25

SATURDAY
- KIDS TRIATHLON - Sat 20 March 2:00pm: Time for the keiki to have a little fun! Island children will participate in a Kids Triathlon. Open from ages 7 to 14. This race is part of the Youth Triathlon race Series. It was developed to bring together triathlon races that give the youth of Hawaii an opportunity to compete in a safe and fun environment. The series races have been the best spectator events in Hawaii triathlon.
AGE GROUPS & DISTANCES: 7 - 8 (100m swim, 5K bike, 1K run); 9 - 10 (100m swim, 5K bike, 1K run); 11 - 12 (200m swim, 10K bike, 2K run); 13 -14 (200m swim, 10K bike, 2K run)
FEES: Youth Triathlon (6-10yrs & 11-14yrs)
Regular:  by 1/20 = $35;  by 3/15 = $40;  late entry  = $45
Waterfront Resident/Military:  by 1/20 = $30;  by 3/15 = $35;  late entry = $40


- 5K RUN - Sat 20 March 8:00am: 5K fast, flat course around the Waterfront at Pu'uloa grounds.
AGE GROUPS: Standard 5 year age group divisions. Awards: Overall 1st to 3rd & 1st to 3rd in each age group.
FEES: $25 regular; $20 Waterfront and Military Members

SUNDAY
- ADULT and YOUTH TRIATHLON - Sun 21 March 7:00am: Waterfront at Pu'uloa Sprint Triathlon. The main event! This is a new, fast, safe course that takes you through the back roads of Ewa Beach.
DISTANCES: 750m swim/13 mile bike/3.5 mile run
AGE GROUPS: Standard 5 year USAT age group divisions. Awards: Overall 1st to 3rd & 1st to 3rd in each age group. 1st to 3rd Military and relay USAT Sanctioned event. All USAT rules apply.

FEES:Individual:  by 1/20 = $55;  by 3/15 = $65;  late entry  = $75
Waterfront Resident/Military: by 1/20 = $55;  by 3/15 = $60;  late entry = $70
Team Entry: by 1/20 = $70;  by 3/15 = $80;  late entry = $90

(USAT Annual or one-day $10 license required per person)
